Plot Summary
After years living off the grid, Cobretti’s quiet life in Arizona is shattered when an old contact from LAPD turns up dead — a warning from the Red Ascent, a criminal order rising across Eastern Europe.
Cobra discovers that the syndicate’s leader, Anton Karel, a ruthless ex–Soviet colonel, is building an AI-based weapons network capable of controlling global defense systems.
Cobra’s only option? Team up with Locke — a sharp, brutal tactician — and Vireaux — a once-deadly assassin who knows the Red Ascent from within.
