Plot:
In Brave 2, we return to the rugged highlands of Scotland, where Merida (Kelly Macdonald) has now fully embraced her role as a skilled archer, brave leader, and beloved daughter. But after restoring peace and mending her bond with her mother, Queen Elinor (Emma Thompson), the land faces a new, unexpected threat. The once-peaceful kingdom is beginning to show signs of strange magic stirring in the air, as an ancient curse buried deep in the hills starts to resurface, threatening to bring chaos back to the kingdom.

A powerful, ancient creature — The Cailleach (voiced by Florence Pugh), a spirit of nature and the wild, is awakened after centuries of dormancy, seeking revenge on the humans who have altered the balance of nature. The creature is bent on taking control of the land, unleashing a dark magic that turns the wildest corners of the kingdom into chaotic, uncontrollable forces of nature. Merida must once again prove her courage as the kingdom’s protector, but this time, the battle will require more than just archery and bravery — she must learn to understand and negotiate with the forces of nature itself.

Merida’s journey leads her to a hidden corner of the kingdom, where the ancient Stone Circle (an ancient druidic site) holds the key to defeating the Cailleach. Along with her loyal companions — Elinor, Fergus, and the lovable Triplets — Merida discovers that she must tap into ancient, untapped magic of the land to restore balance. But as the power of nature grows stronger, alliances become fractured, and Merida is faced with difficult choices about who to trust and how far she is willing to go to save her people.
