From the jungles of South America to the frozen coasts of Siberia, sightings of ancient, supposedly extinct beasts ripple through the magical underground: a featherless Thunderbird bearing obsidian wings… a serpent whose breath erases memory… and something even darker, bound beneath forgotten tombs — an entity known only in scattered rune fragments as “The Hollow Mantle.”

When Newt is tasked with investigating a sealed crypt beneath the ruins of a pre-wand era magical civilization, he uncovers more than just a beast. He uncovers a prophecy lost to time — one that foretells not the rise of a dark lord, but the awakening of magic itself, wild and free from human command.

At his side are familiar faces — Jacob Kowalski, now a symbol of muggle-magical unity; Theseus Scamander, still wrestling with grief and duty; Bunty, Newt’s fiercely loyal assistant; and Professor Eulalie Hicks, whose knowledge of arcane defense proves critical. But they’re joined by new allies as well:
